About Me

About Me

My word you must be interested in me if you've come here (or if not, have some sinister purpose).

Well, I'm a computer programmer originally from Northamptonshire.

I am currently a Software Developer for Hidalgo Ltd, who make the Equivital Mobile Physiological Sensor (a small device that measure Heart Rate, Breathing Rate, whether you've fallen down... and lots of other things; see the website). Prior to that I have worked at Redgate Software and Greenstreet Online/Software.

Education-wise: I read Computer Science at the University of Cambridge (and I did do a bit of writing as well ;-) ), matriculating 2004, and before that The Rushden School (now Rushden Community College).

In my free time I spend a lot of time on Folk music, dance and song; I call and play for ceilidhs, dance at them when I get the chance and attend singarounds. With my remaining time I enjoy gardening, trains and spending time with my family and friends.

If you really want to know more about me then there is various profiles on sites such as Facebook, or you could email me or even come and talk to me (I may be a CompSci but...).
